ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Recognized for her leadership, work ethic, and positivity, Krystal is a staffing industry expert.  Over the past 20 years, Krystal has developed deep staffing and talent acquisition industry knowledge in the areas of management, team building, process improvement, client development, and recruiting.  Prior to founding Katalyst, Krystal was the Vice President for a Los Angeles Technology and Management Consulting and Staffing Firm.

Krystal holds her BS in Cognitive Science from UCLA with additional dual specializations in Programming in Computing and Business Administration.  She began her career working in IT for a Fortune 500 company and carries that experience and knowledge into her staffing career.
